Jennian Homes Rodney invites you to take the short and pleasant drive north to Warkworth to view our award winning show home. We are proud to announce that we won a National Gold Reserve Award with this house in the 2005 Master Builders House of the Year competition. The judges obviously thought highly of our building skills but we would like you to be the judge.
The home is located on the main highway north at 54 Whitaker Rd, Warkworth. It's easy to find and well worth the drive - even if we do say so ourselves. Our opening hours are at the bottom of this page.
The showhome is based on the 'Highgate' from the Jennian Homes Majestic Series. It features two level executive living with great family space and an expansive open feel. It has been built to provide both cost effective ideas as well as the latest design trends.
Some of you may be thinking that it's fine being that good with your showhome but what about the other houses you build?
Well, this year, we entered one of our client's homes as well and won Gold for that too!! Last year, we collected, one Bronze, one Silver and two Gold awards for the client's houses we entered.
No doubt, you will still want to see Jennian Homes' quality first hand so we would love you to visit us at our showhome to see for yourself.
